What athletes are saying:
"If you have any doubt about the TrainingBible principles... don't doubt it. I have never been a climber, but now I have to change this view of my self. 3 road races in hilly terrain in 8 days in the Norwegian Veteran-cup. 2 first and one second place, and shattering the field in the hills! Thank you!"
-Vidar (Norway)
"Just wanted to say THANKS!. Just finished the first A race of the season and finished second in the expert 45+. I won't bore you with the details but did want to note the I used the e-tips workouts for the peak and race week and this along with your VirtualCoach guidance and I finished the best ever. Thanks again. I'm a believer!"
-Ken Glick
"I'm in my third year of triathlon, and I can't tell you how much time and frustration TTB and TB.com has saved me. Your Virtual Coach software is absolutely outstanding and I have to attribute some great success to the way it's helped me in my training... from the variety of swim/bike/run workouts, determining my limiters, and (most importantly) holding my hand through the difficult (and oh-so-important) planning process. Since I've begun using TB.Com, I've PR'd every race I've been in... including going from a 1:47 half-marathon PR to a 1:29. I can't wait to see my triathlon results this summer!! Oh yeah, and the cost is a fraction of what a good professional coach would provide!!"

"Just wanted to say "Thanks" to the site for all the great help this year. I have been following my training plan pretty much to the letter, and seeing really nice improvements. Just completed base3, & my ramp score has consistently dropped and is 50 points lower than my numbers from end of last racing season. My AT increased by 27 watts. What has really surprised me, is that I thought I was pretty well maxed out, and had little room for improvement. I am really pumped going into build/race/peak!"

"I ran my first race ever this morning. I finished a 1/2 marathon in under two hours. I didn't set any records, but I beat my own estimates and shocked everyone who knows me (I'm 38 and have lost 110lbs in the last 8 months getting to this point). Out of 1,250 runners, I only saw one person that I knew. What that means to me is that the people of this site are my support and inspiration. So, thank you all and I hope we see that back of each others jerseys someday soon! Now, what kind of bike should I get to train for Ironman? ;-)"
-Jeff Hovorka
"Just another testimonial for the TrainingBible program. I enrolled last fall hoping to improve my off season training program for my second full season in triathlon. I just did my first sprint race of the year and my results were encouraging - I was 1.5mph faster on the bike and :06 per mile faster on the run, improving my time by 4 minutes from last year under very similar weather conditions. I am looking forward to the rest of my season and my "A" races in late August/September."
-Gary Stapleton
"While I'm seconding things, I'll also second Mr. Towberman's kudos to you all! I've been a member for TWO YEARS now (has it really been THAT LONG?), and I'm CONSISTENTLY AMAZED at the level of attention everyone continues to give to this program. I am especially impressed that since the cooperative arrangement with Active.com went in to effect, RESPONSIVENESS has only seemed to increase. Thanks for your help, work, and continued support of this great program."
-Dahron Johnson
"My first real test of the year was on Saturday morning, a 15 K TT, the first stage of a three-stage race. This was not an A race for me, nor did I treat it like one. I went hard, but felt like I had a little more. I have never felt more comfortable in a TT. I was completely relaxed on the bike, even though the conditions were horrendous with torrential rains and gusting winds. I warmed up on the trainer, did my ride, checked my time after crossing the line, cooled down inside on the trainer and went to lunch. When I showed up at the crit course a couple of hours later they had results posted: I had the best time in the 45+(I'm 52), beating two of the top TT riders in the region. There is no doubt in my mind that I would not have been able to turn in such a good ride without TrainingBible."

I am very pleased with your online system. I have been a fan of Joe Friel's training plans for years and have read his books several times. I originally joined TrainingPeaks.com for 3 months to check it out and see if I thought it would work for me. I am glad to say it exceeds my expectations."

Multisport Madness
 | "TrainingPeaks.com is the single most powerful tool I have as a coach. TrainingPeaks.com lets you totally customize, adjust, and monitor each plan as efficiently as possible. Every athlete our club has is on TrainingPeaks.com, none of them would have it any other way. The tech support is second to none. It is nice to see a company really protect the integrity of their product like Trainingbile.com does. They worked with me whenever I had questions or comments, and didn’t stop till I had every answer I needed. Not only is TrainingPeaks.com an excellent coaching program, but it is also a great resource for any coach’s athletes. Through the use of the message board, any athlete or coach can ask questions at anytime, to any of the Ultrafit coaches!"

By combining Joe’s 400+ workouts with over 200 of my own, I am able to offer a completely customized training package to each and every one of my personal coaching clients. Peaks Coaching Group
 | "As a coach with a full load of clients and a business to run, I am always looking for ways to consolidate my efforts in ways that will save me time without lowering the quality of the services I render. Too many of us spend more time than we get paid for due to the structure of our businesses and the way in which we deliver our services. Our clients want a high level of service and value added to the services we supply them with. Trainingbible has become the answer to this riddle us at the Peaks Coaching Group. Trainingbible has allowed us to cut our training plan writing time in half. Talk about a time and money save! The quality of my training plans has improved as a result and I have more time with my clients. We have been able to build a database of our workouts and share them with our associates, thus increasing their library of workouts for their clients as well. It has been a nice way to help our coaches organize their businesses and learn from each other in the process.
One of the nicest features is that we, and our athletes, can access their training plans from anywhere giving us much more control over the content and our ability to update them at any time. The metrics tracking features are an additional added service for our clients who may not have power meters to track their training, and the support staff has been superb. We use Trainingbible to improve and expedite our services and offer something more to our clients. It has helped us take our business and our athletes to the next level!"
