Matt Fitzgerald is a highly respected authority on training for endurance sports. He pioneered a new, cross-training-based approach to training for distance running in his book Runner's World Guide to Cross-Training (Rodale, 2004). His next book, The Cutting-Edge Runner (Rodale, 2005), will show runners how to use the latest science and technology (including GPS devices) to take their running to the next level. Eric Schwartz : Duathlon
Eric is the 2004 US National Duathlon Champion and is an Ultrafit Certified and USAT certified coach.
