What Powered by FitBeats is about:
FitBeats are audio MP3 files that combine trainer workouts and music in one package.
How will FitBeats help me?
FitBeats will motivate you and keep you motivated and help you enjoy your workout. It is not uncommon for those who listen to upbeat, inspiring music to exercise harder and even longer. It also is true that, on average, those who listen to music prior to and/or during exercise tend to maintain and pursue a fitness lifestyle for longer than those trainees who avoid music or are not privy to such an environment. In all these regards, it likely has much to do with the enjoyment of music that coincides with an activity that is not always enjoyable, and serious exercise can sometimes feel like work. In other words, the focus turns away from any discomfort and toward the pleasantries of music and the positive effects it has on one's emotions. *

I downloaded my programs. Now what do I need to listen to them?
All you need is a computer that's hooked up to the Internet. If you want to listen to your FitBeats away from your computer, you'll need a CD burner, or an iPod or other MP3 player.
Do I need an MP3?
No. There are two other ways to listen to FitBeats: you can play it through the speakers on your computer, or you can burn it to a CD and play it on a stereo or portable CD player.
What is MP3 technology and why is everyone using it now?
MP3 technology allows you to listen to sound digitally* using very small files. They don't take up too much space on your computer's hard drive, and you can store thousands of MP3 files on a device that's about the size of a calculator.
Our files can be played on any MP3 player.
